We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
- Limited edition or collaboration items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return
Initiate Your Return
Visit your order history and select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label provided or ship to our returns center. Keep your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item! Simply follow the return process and select "Exchange" as your preference. We'll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
